The countdown to Better Fashion Week has begun. With four days to go, the creators of the event, who are the lovely ladies of ReDress - Rosie, Kate and Kellie must be working their little fashionable socks off. Better Fashion Week will run from the 18th - 22nd of this magnificent month of May.
For people not in the know, ReDress was set up in 2008 by Rosie O Reilly, Kellie Dalton and Kate Nolan. They are dedicated to promoting better fashion practice. How exciting that they are hosting Better Fashion Week in Dublin's City Centre.

'Better Fashion Week is a celebration of all things sustainable in the fashion industry. Better Fashion Week is an exploration of better practice in all its forms. We look to highlight the boundaries and adversities facing all those involved in the industry while celebrating the ever diversifying ways we find to address them.'
The Better Fashion Week's schedule is bursting with unmissable talks/mentoring sessions/screenings/pop up shops and lots more. For anyone interested in fashion you will find plenty to tickle your fancy. I'd recommend checking out discussions with Simone Rocha and Industry talks with the amazingly talented Eilis Boyle. Also Saturday night will be something extraordinary as the mind-blowing Andrea Crews demonstrate a live design performance. It's not often so many creative people get together, so seize this oppourtunity, get your tickets before they have sold out and go along and meet these talented peeps.
